Known for her healthful and laidback style, Ainsley’s Queenstown culinary journey began opening the Sherwood restaurant, a new experiment in community and sustainability that is now a two hatted restaurant.

Ainsley went on to become the Executive Chef at The Dishery, a popular eatery in Arrowtown, and most recently, Ainsley established her own business as a Private Chef. Ainsley draws on her years of experience from Wellington establishments The Matterhorn and Floriditas, The French Cafe in Auckland and stages at Michelin star restaurants in San Francisco, Atelier Crenn and Quince.

“We had an amazing experience. Ainsley’s food was beautiful and showcased local produce at its finest. Each course was well thought out and delicious. The nicest lamb I have ever eaten. She was great to have in the home and really catered to our occasion. I would highly recommend her in the future! - Tegan Baines Australia”
