What is the Menu?

I create seasonal menus based on the best our region has to offer, to give you an experience truly representative of Otago. My ethos of sustainability is reflected in the food and means in practice to me not using imported or out of season fruits and vegetables ( no fresh tomatoes in winter) and also that menus are not set in stone but reflect a moment in time. For most groups having a three- course menu you will choose one dish for the group per course.

Can you come to our Airbnb?

Yes, I come to your accommodation in Queenstown. I require a standard kitchen and any specific equiptment required I will bring with me. If you like you can send me a picture of the space but this is not necessary. I have enough experience to adapt to most kitchens with ease. Travel to Wanaka is an additional cost including my accommodation.

What time do you arrive?

I usually arrive 90 minutes prior to your dinner time.

How much does it cost?

Every group is different, so once you have described your dream event I can give you a custom price reflecting your groups requirements. I require a non-refundable deposit of 50% to confirm your date. The remainder is due 7 days prior to your dinner. Changes to numbers cannot be made within 3 days of an event as I will have begun ordering. However if I can accommodate a date change I will.

Is there a Waiter?

I include a waiter for groups of 10 or more. For smaller groups I will serve you and describe your dishes myself. If you would like to include cocktails or canapes I can also include a waiter for a smaller group to really elevate your evening.
